Toronto: Street Level

Back by popular demand, Toronto: Street Level brings an important and intimate perspective to Ryerson University’s Social Justice Week. Canada’s largest, most diverse and dynamic city is the subject of this collection by 10 local photographers. The Toronto captured in these photographs is complex and contradictory: both brimming with life and stifled by poverty; its streets gritty and lush.

Toronto: Street Level is the culmination of an 8-month master class with renowned social documentary photographer Vincenzo Pietropaolo.
