The Listening Post
intimate mobile city stories
The Listening Post is a workshop production of a new and innovative form of storytelling – the podplay. Each play can be downloaded on to a smart phone on site or audience members can borrow an ipod for the journey.
Guided by the voices and personal narratives of our artists, audience members are situated within the setting of the stories as they travel various routes on and around Queen Street. This site-specific performance is a cinematic and embodied experience – a remapping of Toronto from a disability perspective.
This is a FREE, Do-It-Yourself exhibit that you can participate in individually at any time using an ipod, mp3 player or smart phone.
